My timeline is missing specific tweets from some users I follow.

Several tweets made by people I am following are not visible on my timeline. They are visible if I go to that specific user's timeline. No amount of refreshing or animal sacrifices seems to make a difference.

At least one other user I know is experiencing the same problem, and it happens to be with the same missing tweets from the same users.
