My tweets are not showing up on the public timeline, and it is set to public.

over a month here!

I discovered this issue (tweets not showing in public timeline) when my tweets ending with #fb did not show up in my Facebook account. When I checked search.twitter.com I saw RT with my username but no tweets I created.

May have to do with the DoS attacks. This particular issue is not specifically addressed in the Twitter Help Desk.

Is there any way to submit a support ticket at Twitter? Zendesk looks closed.

I'm having the same problem...do we know when this is going to be fixed? We not even able to submit a support ticket! I need this fixed as soon as possible. Please help.

It dates to the same time as the OP in this thread. I'm still experiencing problems as well, and it's extremely irritating as I manage a business account.
