My Updates not showing in Home timeline

My Updates not showing in Home timeline until later, never showing in timeline of those following me. I type, hit the Update button, and maybe, maybe not the message displays. It's on the Archives page, but not my timeline. This is consistent in several accounts we've got at my office.

We're developing an application for an event next week that follows timelines through the API, and it appears that we'll lose tweets.
