Need a function to opt-out of other people's lists
I have created a couple lists intended to sort people into different categories, and I have had a few people DM me and ask that I not include them.
While I can certainly take my lists private, or manually remove them at their request, it would be much easier for an offended party to just remove themselves from a list. This would also help solve problems that I have seen with lists used for nefarious purposes.

There is a user who has created a list of their clients. I've never done business with them but being on this list is somewhat of an implied endorsement of their work. I am currently trying to get in touch with them to remove me but this needs to be something I can do myself.
