Need trademark violating twitter account reassigned to us, please.

Our company is JustGive, the Twitter account in question is @justgive and has been inacive since it was created. We own justgive.org, and have a trademark on the name. We are a small company with < 10 employees, we've have asked around and no one here set it up. We've also had a support ticket open since February (68678). The account we are using in the mean time is @JustGiveOrg, please help us.
