Web Updates still not working and this has been over 1 month now that I keep returning to update and to no avail do I get any further!

No...I tried to update through my mobile and it came out all scrambled. -
Inappropriate?If you're happy to provide more information, someone might be able to help track down your problem:
- Your Twitter username, so we can view how 'scrambled' looks.
- Which Twitter number are you using for mobile updates (e.g. 40404, 21212, or Twitter's international number) ?
- Do your tweets include accented characters (e.g. if you're tweeting in French, German, ...) ?
