On improving the Block Feature

Hey there folks,

Noticing a lot of people following me with a high ratio of following to followers. I'm proposing a bit of a redesign to the "block" function. There's a couple of issues with it now:

1. When browsing through the follow request list, it takes forever to fish through spammers.
2. It be 2x easier to fish out spammers if you knew exactly why someone was blocking a user.

Basically when clicking block, you you choose WHY you blocked that person. Not a big change, but then Twitter can figure out who is just blocking them because they don't like them, and who is spamming.

Because realistically, if two or three people say someone is a spammer, they probably are a spammer. It doesn't take a mass of people to figure that out.

Over the past couple of days I've had 6-7 people start following me who are twitter spammers, and obviously that sucks.

This is up for interpretation on the approach. Seen a couple ideas on here where you should be able to follow/block via email (AWESOME idea), and the block function is streamlined. These would be awesome
