Password reset emails never arrive

I've forgotten my twitter password. I ask for a password reset email but one never arrives. I've tried a couple of weeks ago, and then again today (just in case it was twittr flakiness). Still nothing.

I know I definitely have an account because when I put my email in, it says "A password reset email has been sent to you", but if I put a bogus email in, it says "Oh, snap! We couldn't find you!".
