Password reset is not working

I'm not getting my password reset. I am using the correct e-mail address. If 22 people have the same problem and no one is fixing the issue, who is actually working at Twitter? Twitter, you are understaffed or poorly managed.

I'd really like to log into my supposed account and get active in Twitter.
