picture icon still under "people i'm following" list although account has been suspended

the icon of stephenie meyer's twitter account, which turned out to be fake, is still there under the people i follow. however, this account is already suspended. so i think there seems to be a problem as i have already tried unfollowing everyone and re-following. but the picture still remains there.
