Please redo the Getting Started Resources.

I wonder if you guys would consider redoing the Getting Started resources by someone who is not so close to your product. Unfortunately, since you guys are so familiar with your great product you have lost track of the fact that people new to your product need a simple "How To" written in steps rather than FAQ's.
