I wanted to let you know that your employee, @nk is the BEST employee you have. I had an issue with someone that I was no longer following. This person remained in my timeline and would not go away. It was annoying because he tweets like 20x an hour. I was getting NO results through getsatisfaction.com or by sending messages to your employees through Twitter. @nk was the ONLY one to respond and he solved my problem.
I think that it would be beneficial for your company to take a look at the structure of your customer service tickets.
Please give @nk a raise and promote him for being an OUTSTANDING asset to Twitter!
