problem with following and blocking spammers

I can't block a spammer and following your @spam didn't work. I get confirmation messages for both but nothing actually happens.

I had written a longer more detailed description of how this happened, but since I didn't have an account this Get DISsatisfaction crap it all got lost in space after it prompted me to login/create account. (Logging in with OpenID failed too, although I have a valid account). So there you have it, a customer more pissed off by the actual feedback tool than the problem with the service you provide.
