Profile missing from Search, tweets missing from Public Timeline

I do not abuse Twitter in any of the ways listed here: http://help.twitter.com/forums/10713/...

I don't know if my account was one of the ones affected, but either way my issue has gone unresolved for over 4 months, and it is having an extremely negative effect as I run a business account and need to tweet using conference hashtags regularly.
