Protected tweets & @replies for folks not following me?
If I have a protected Twitter stream, and I send an @reply to someone who I am following, but who isn't following me.....will they see it?
In other words, does the @reply to someone make my otherwise-protected tweet visible to them?

Inappropriate? It doesn't matter if your updates are protected or not.
If the other person is not following you - he/she won't see your message.
Your @reply will land in the persons "Replies Tab" which is not commonly read. -
Inappropriate? The following have to be true for the other party who is not following you to see an @reply from your protected account:
1. You need to be following them (so they have access to your tweets)
2. They have to check their Replies Tab
3. They should not have you blocked (if they did, your reply won't show up in their Replies Tab)
When a protected account follows someone, the person who's been followed has access to all of the protected account's tweets, not just the @replies.... at least that's the behavior as of now. That may change soon, though.
