Rate Limit "0" on some accounts?
My son and I both are getting the API Rate limit restriction from our third part app. We aren't using any hits on other apps. We both closed our twitter apps last night and first thing this morning it tells us we have hit the rate limit. I have another twitter account that is working with this app. I know the limit is 20 per hour, but it looks like ours is set to "0". Do I need to contact twitter to look at our accounts?

Inappropriate?If you insist that no other Twitter mashup or application is using your account other than the twitter apps you closed the night before, try changing your password. Changing your password will deny all applications and mashups access to your Twitter account, ensuring that you didn't forget about a mashup or another app that is in fact using up your request limit. (Just remember to update the password in all of the apps you actually use.)

Inappropriate?Once the rate limit is hit, how long does it take for twitter to reset to start from beginning of 15posts/1 hour?
