Rate limit exceeded - why?
I wasn't on Twitter all day, through web, Twitterific or Tweetdeck. Yet, my rate limit has been exceeded. (Computer was turned off too) Why?

Inappropriate?I had this problem and I found that it was probably because someone who wasn't logged in to twitter but was on the same network as me (so behind a firewall, and looking to twitter like they had the same IP address as me) must have some sort of twitter client using up the requests.
(If you're logged in then the rate counts against your username, but if you're not, it counts against your ip.)
