Inappropriate?So they stop sending updates via sms to Canadian customers, why? Because they are cheap and can't afford to send a couple texts. But why won't they send updates through email? It's free is it not?

If they are not cheap, why not invest in a FREE interface called EMAIL?
All they have to do is compose a script less complex then their current automated SMS system.
If not cheap, then idiotic. Its been close to half a year when they announced they don't have money to support Canadian customers. What could they possibly be working so hard on that they have virtually no response to their customer support system, and they haven't improved or changed their current management system.
I am a Marketing major, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Any business undergrad could run this mickey mouse company.

Inappropriate?I just had this same question and an answer popped into my mind. Try using an application like Feedburner to generate automatic email from your Twitter RSS feed. -
