replies tab doesn't work
I've got a couple of weird problems in my twitter account:
- I can't see the replies: when I click on the replies tab I get a 'That page doesn't exist!' error.
- On my 'home' I see a follower that I'm actually not following... and I can't see a person whom I am following.

Inappropriate?Hello. I suggest you that you log a support ticket at http://twitter.com/help so someone can investigate the problem and a bug report can be filed if needed.

Inappropriate?I thought that this site was supposed to be the substitute for support tickets...? Like, that Twitter was eventually going to get rid of support tickets and use this as their sole support site?

Not exactly, no. This site allows Twitter users to help each other, usually with how-to questions, or advice on where to find third-party apps for additional functionality. Stuff that requires the direct intervention of Twitter support is best handled by filing a support ticket at http://twitter.com/help -- because it gets logged in their support system, and it allows you to provide Twitter with data that you may prefer to keep private (such as email addresses or your mobile phone number). In contrast, this site is public. -
