Inappropriate?Whew, I'm glad I'm not the only one. I thought I was clicking on something I shouldn't have been.
-
Inappropriate?I hate this. Got to be a bug. If it's a feature, it's the most dysfunctionally bizarre idea I've seen for a while. Don't do this Twitter gang! Don't suckify the simple beauty of your thing.
I’m queasy

Inappropriate?I tried recreating the bug on my machine but couldn't. It only inserts the @username in the update box, but it doesn't redirect me to the profile page of the user.
I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.13 on Windows Vista, for what it's worth.
I wonder what's causing the behavior that you're experiencing...
I’m perplexed
-
Inappropriate?mdy,
I can't reproduce the behavior any more either. It looks like the bug has been fixed! It was probably just a side-effect of some UI tweaking.
I’m thankful
-
Inappropriate?I suspect you're right... they rolled out some updates to the web UI some hours ago.
I’m in a good mood

Inappropriate? We made some changes to the site last night, and as a result, the swoosh was doing some funky things. We fixed 'em fast, so you should no longer see this behavior.
-
Inappropriate?unfortunately, the swoosh is back to doing funky things again. If I click it on a status page - nothing happens. And of course, it never links to the correct tweet anymore.
I’m sad
