How do I report a user for hateful/innappropriate/racial messages being sent out?

Inappropriate?There is a username that I am desperate for, which someone has occupied simply advertising their email address.
I’m disappointed at the lack of a "report user" feature.

Inappropriate?Hello. While there is no special form or reporting mechanism, you can report any user or request an inactive username by logging a support request through http://twitter.com/help
You'll receive an automatically generated confirmation email to acknowledge receipt of your support issue. That email will have a ticket number and a link to the ticket page, so you can follow-up the status of your request -

You'd think that with the growing amount of people using twitter (& therefore intrinsically more people abusing the system) you'd have an automated system for this. Saves you time, saves us as users time & creates more confidence in the quality of your product.
Dissapointed.
