Reporting a bug is extremely complicated

Reporting a bug on Twitter is the hardest thing I have ever seen... Maybe you don't want people to contact you... but the only way I found to report a bug was to first click on any topic you submitted in the Help section. Then click on Help Resource link at the top. (pointing to http://help.twitter.com/forums)
And then, there is a box at the bottom right to submit questions/bugs...

I'm not even sure you read this here? There is a "Check your existing requests" on the twitter help page, but ... this is empty and there is no way to make a request.

You should really make it easier to report a problem. The sentence you say on the Help page: "we track new cases in the comments there, so you can add comments of your own" really doesn't help
