I am following someone and when they try to follow me, it says there's already a request, but I have no request in my box. I can read their updates, but they can't read mine! Help!

Inappropriate?My problem is the same. I try to follow someone and it says request pending, but they don't see the request and i can not cancel it and redo it. When I hit the cancel button, ia javascript popup shows uo and says "there is a problem"
