Search Enhancements

expand functionality of search to include:

- expand search of "find people" based on keywords (include search on location, web and bio fields). [If you search for "g4tv" you only get 4 results and there are over 30 accounts with g4tv references]

- add search for lists / "list discovery" by list description keyword and account names that are included in lists. *

- add the ability to do all kinds of searches on ONLY my "followers" and/or "following" (to assist in the creation of lists, and find specific tweets based on keyword, etc.)

- add people/account keyword, and lists discovery searches above also as tabs or filters (to narrow down what KIND of result you're looking for) to "search.twitter.com"

[* Regarding Lists: This would create fewer duplicate lists, improve list sharing and discovery by providing a method for list promotion! I'm finding it wasteful to create list only later to stumble upon someone who has already created (a more complete) list of the same topic! It would also be nice to be able to collaborate on lists, perhaps be recommending to a list owner other people to add to the list pending approval of the owner.]
