Inappropriate?Twitterfeed.com allows you to automatically post the title of each new blogpost (as well as a link to the full post itself) to a Twitter account. It uses the RSS feed of the blog as input.

Inappropriate?There is a Wordpress plugin called TweetThis that you can install. It also lets you add a StumbleUpon button and a few others.
Or if you are comfortable editing code, this is a great article about how to add that functionality into your theme. This article shows how to do it for Wordpress and Blogger.
