SMS stop working every few hours

Updates to my mobile phone works for a while and then after few hours they stop working. When i log in on twitter web page in settings device updates are ON but they are not working until i send sms from my phone to switch it on. I must say that this is useless. Also, received sms is always 0/250 no matter what.

I live in Croatia and my mobile carrier is VIPNET.

I’m frustrated

I have this problem, too! Tell me when someone solves it.
The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

Remove Inappropriate?
Delete or Edit for 15 minutes

I also have this exact problem. I'm in Romania (Vodafone).

I live in Portugal and I have de same problem. Every thing is OK and I my received sms are 0.
