Solution for subscribing to your Twitter RSS feed

I have used this technique in the last two weeks and it worked for me. It is based on some of the comments above, but I've written the instructions so you can see clearly how to modify the URL.

For anyone who has been frustrated with the RSS feed from Twitter, I think this solution will make you very happy!
