Someone signed up for twitter using my email address
Someone signed up for twitter using my email address, and now I get all of their emails. I tried to go into the account and change the email address, but it has been changed back.

Inappropriate?If you've got the email address, you can say you've lost the password, get a new one, and delete the account.1 Comment

Exactly what I do.
You can avoid this by keeping your email private and hard to guess. Like select 'Do not show email address' on forums and what not. -
Inappropriate?The problem is, I don't have a twitter account and don't really want one. I can't make it private if I don't have an account. I also can't get help from the help center because you have to sign in to your twitter account to get help!!!!
