Inappropriate?If you have unfollowed and blocked them as well as DM'd a msg to @spam telling them, you can filter them out by using an application instead of the web interface. Each column in TweetDeck, for one example, lets you filter with a "-" or "+" what you want to see in that column by name or term -

Inappropriate?Try changing your username. You will retain all who are following you and who you are following. The only thing is you won't get replies (@username) from your old username, however you can try searching '@previoususername' and save that search and constantly check it to see who all replied to your previous username. If you change your password without changing your username, you may be locked out of your account due to numerous unsuccessful log-in attempts by whatever app is spamming your account. -
