This person seems to have gotten me off the public timeline and taken my whole list with her because suddenly there were several complaints about her within minutes of adding me.

Just select "spam request" as the support type and it'll get the attention it deserves.
In the meantime, you may also want to contribute your suggestions / opinions as to how Twitter can best streamline the spam reporting process in this related thread.
