Still Not Seeing Tweets in Search

Still don't see any of my tweets in Twitter search, and additionally they are not showing up in the new Bing search (even though other people's tweets from around the same time show up in both places).

I read the list of things that can stop an account from appearing in the search results, and none of those apply to my account. Also it has been this way for months (I first filed a case about this in May which was apparently closed without anything changing).

The fact that my tweets don't show up in the new Bing search either made me think it is something about the settings in my account. The account is not private (and never has been). Judging from other comments I see about this, I am also not alone with this issue.
