Strange Following.
Why do some follower notifications reach my inbox while others do not? I like receiving the friendly e-mail update "so-and-so is following you". It allows me to weed out and block strangers while affirming friends by following them in return. I receive maybe 10% of the actual new follower notices, though. :(
Example Good: Person A follows me. Twitter sends me an e-mail. I check, we're friends! I follow them. Or wait, I don't know this person, I block them.
Example Bad: I login today and find 5 new strange people following me. I don't know them and I never received notification for any of them.
Why are these notices not consistent?

Inappropriate? And the random way one's followers are listed makes it even more difficult to manage one's network. Please, if possible, make them appear chronologically, or at least alphabetically.
And is there really a need to include their icons on the follower pages? More followers per page = quicker network management & finding of new followers, and lower stress on your servers.
I’m understanding your stress

Inappropriate? Will we get a response from Twitter about this? Using Twerpscan today, I cleaned out about 30 or so twerps who were following me, none of which had I received an email notification for.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate? It appears to be an anti-spam measure.
