Stuck on my phone activation

I have sent a message with the code I was assigned to +447624801423 and immediately I got a message saying "Hi! Please confirm with your name. Std. rates apply, 'stop' to quit."

I supposed it was my name I had to send to the same number so I sent "Jonathan" to the same number but with no response. Then I sent another one with my username "jcabrera" but I still haven't got a response.

In case you're wondering I'm from Mexico and my phone carrier is Telcel.
