Support tickets not working - unable to submit
I'd like to be able to submit a support request but the form just goes round and round - I click submit, I have filled in all sections, but it just takes me back to the filled in form.

Inappropriate?Yes, it click "submit" and it just reloads the page, with my question filled in in the boxes. I don't get a ticket number and no email comes. I must have tried about 20 times now

Inappropriate?I used to get an email confirmation when I first submit a support ticket.
Around a month ago, I noticed that I don't get an email confirmation anymore when I create the support ticket. However, I *do* get an email when someone from Twitter support replies to me.
When I click Submit at the bottom of the help form, I end up back on my home page, and the message 'We have received your request and will get back to you at [email address]' appears briefly on top of the screen before fading away.
If I remember right from a previous thread, you can also send an email to {support at twitter dot com}, and it will end up getting logged in the same help system. That would be my suggested course of action.

Inappropriate?The confirmation reply to support ticket submissions is currently disabled while work on upgrading the system. We are still receiving and reviewing the tickets, and confirmation emails will be back soon.
