Hi, my account has been suspended as our website was infected with a virus. This is now fixed but the account is still suspended - how can I sort this out?

Inappropriate?Are you talking about suspended with Google?
You'll have to list your website and we could scan it for you, find the infectious code, if it still exists, help you clean it and then try and find out how "they" got in.
Usually if Google won't remove their warning from your site, they still find some infectious code somewhere.
