Suspended by twitter and being ignored? Here is a solution.
My hope is that this will speak for the thousands of twitter users who have been suspended in recent months.
The core of the problem is not the suspension: twitter has to protect its users and I understand that certain content gets flagged from time to time.
If your account has been suspended by twitter, you know that the problem is twitter failure to provide any remedy. Emails are ignored, support requests are closed the instant they are registered and generally, we sit waiting. For many, the suspension has led to significant problems for companies, wedding parties, classrooms and individuals travelling.
When reviewing http://getsatisfaction.com/twitter/ta..., it is clear that many of the suspended accounts are inaugural twitter users or individuals who manage multiple accounts with integrity and are dealing with a single account down. The experience is turning twitter-lovers into serious twitter-disgruntlers.
The danger for twitter is paramount: if you want to avoid competition moving in on your space, you really need to communicate with your customers.
I join thousands of suspended users who will gladly PAY for the first competing product that accomplishes what twitter offers while offering some kind of credible support.
