Suspended Spammer's Account Spam is Still There and not Deleted.

I recently got spammed in a mention by @AbbeySilvaocg and I went to that users page to block and report spam. The Problem is I can't block em because the account was already suspended for spamming and does not give an option to block the user already suspended. I find that the fact that account suspension does not delete spam posts and the fact I can't block em to be a major bug in the Twitter Programing and should be dealt with immediately.
