Unable to use direct message - says "Technical Issues" we are working on ... however, have been receiving direct messages from others thru Twitter, even tho I'm getting this error

Inappropriate?Also getting a problem, my DM has been going through (I think) but I'm recieving "ghost" messages on gtalk but no updates on web twitter and email saying I have a direct message. Very odd
