If I text someone, will they see my cell phone number on their phone? Will my number appear on their cell phone activity log?

Inappropriate?If you meant that you intend to use Twitter to send someone a message via sms, then no, your number won't appear on the cellphone. The sms will come from Twitter instead, and Twitter's number will appear as the sender of the sms..
If you meant sending someone sms from your phone directly to the other person's phone, then yes, they will see your phone number (unless you've got caller id blocked in some way.)
