The facebook app appears broken

I think I found a bug between the Facebook Twitter app and Flock. When I use Flock with twitter in the people bar, the facebook app appears broken. When I log out of flock's twitter people bar, the facebook app works? Weird!

Doesn't work for me at the moment. Can't sign in.

ditto here - I got what looked like a big long compiler error listing (although my facebook mini-feed seemed to believe I added the app).

Same problem as above - RFacebook stack trace. It hates on me, though seems to work well enough for my colleagues.

I can't seem to recreate the error. I just tried adding the Twitter Facebook app (not the Grazr Twitter App for Facebook) now and it worked. Are you still experiencing the same error?

For what it's worth, I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.13 on Win XP.

Areas that may be sensitive (like Twitter's facebook API key and my session id's etc) are blurred.

Problem still exists for me too... any ETA on the fix guys? (For what it's worth, I also submitted a help request just to be sure you're aware of the problem.)

I'm seeing the facebook app issue too. Nasty looking compile error showed up immediately after I added the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling via different browser on different computer all to no avail.

With the recent BUZZ about Twitter proliferating through media outlets everywhere as the killer app that will overtake Facebook, I've gotta say... this 'glitch' with the Twitter Facebook app makes Twitter look not so hot.
Four months is a looooong time to have a problem like this hanging around unresolved

NOT fixed! I just tried to add the Twitter AP to my Facebook listing and BUPKIS... but it sure leaves a huge electronic error message all over my facebook page. Any idea when this will be corrected for real??

This is an issue for new installs. Friends that have the app already installed are not seeing this issue. Any word on a fix?

This is getting even more frustrating - I've tried to submit a formal help request multiple times and have never received any case ID or tracking number.

I had a problem with this last night - just opened a facebook account and tried to add the twitter app and it came up with a bunch of code and error messages....

Ditto with me. install raises compile errors. ANYBODY know if this is being worked on, or just lingering in trouble-ticket hell ?

Early morning, April 3, a compile error in the facebook app. Same problem as listed by Paul Singh a week ago.

You say it's fixed (less than a minute ago) but I'm still getting the compile error.

I am still having the "Environment Information" problem.. It's the only thing that appears when I try to use Twitter on Facebook.

It wasn't worked for a couple of days and no news, which is annoying. It means I have no idea if anyone realizes there is a problem or not. Which is a poor start. In case it helps I've cut and pasted what comes up on the screen:

Same problem here. Occurs when I enter my Twitter login information after adding the App.

I justed deleted this application and uploaded "TwitterSync" instead, which is all I really wanted the program to do.

For the last several days, clicking on the Twitter app in Facebook yields a page headed thus:

Until yesterday, updates through the Web or IM were relayed to Facebook quickly. It now appears to be spotty at best.

It hasn't worked for me since October last year, and none of the method people has suggested worked for me (ie. re-adding the app, re-enter the information, adjusting the settings, etc.).

What I find it very vexing is the fact that the application page on facebook has been long ignored by the developers at the same time last year when the application was first broken. It's one matter that they couldn't figure out what's wrong with it, it's another matter to ignore their user base completely. I would have appreciated (and more willing to give more time to the developers) if they would have at least informed us that they have been listening and still trying to work out the problem. However, that hasn't happen and I am fed-up on this kind of treatment thus far.

I'm a new user to both FB and TW and attempting to put the app in my FB keeps giving me "Firefox has determined that the request is being redirected in a way that will never complete". Help! PS: IE8 fails too :(
