Tweet Adder Rate Limit Error.

I started using Tweet Adder a few days ago and all of a sudden I keep receiving a message "Rate limit exceeded. Clients may not make more than 150 requests per hour." I have not made any requests at all today. I have also clearned any external connections on my Twitter account just in case. I cannot even get into Tweet Adder because it cannot refresh my account given the constant error message. Even after the rate refreshes it is still showing 0 hits available. This is most frustrating. Any advice?
