Tweets getting deleted in error

For the past 2-3 days other people and I have had problems with our recent tweets. A large portion are getting deleted. There's no error shown. The tweets are posted and then a few hours later they disappear. I mostly update from the web. Also, some new @replies to me are not showing up in my Replies tab. Is this being worked on?
