tweets not showing up for one person

My tweets are not showing up for one person even though they are following me and I am following them. I am not in their timeline at all. She has contacted Hootsuite thinking if was something to do with that, but they weren't able to help and they suggested that Twitter must have blocked my tweets. She is able to see any direct messages or replys that I send her, but any of my general tweets she does not see.

As far as I know everyone else on my list is able to see all my tweets as they come...can you help with this problem. Her username is WaterlooWools and my username is NewfieGirlplus4
