Inappropriate? My Tweets from April through July are also gone. Has anyone received a response?
I’m frustrated
-
No, no response for me yet. Any more people out there having the same problem? -
Inappropriate?Let's hope they answer soon. April through July is a lot of posts. I'm surprised that there has been no response.

Inappropriate?Hello. In case you haven't done so, please consider logging a support ticket at http://twitter.com/help. You should receive an automatically generated email confirming that the support ticket was received within minutes of logging the ticket.
It might help to use Summize to get actual URLs of some of the tweets that you know you sent, but are currently missing from your profile, and include that info in the ticket.
To use Summize search to find your tweets, use the search parameter "from:yourusername" (no quotes, and replace yourusername with your actual Twitter username)
Edited to add:
For what it's worth, I think it's just the "Archive" page that's not displaying properly.
Because when I use Summize to search for one of helzerman's older tweets from June, I can still click the URL of the individual tweet and view it.
For example, I found the URL for this tweet from Helzerman via Summize. It is dated June 16, 2008 and is still viewable as an individual tweet on Twitter's website. -
Inappropriate? Please ask support to clear your caches; this will fix the problem.
-
Thanks, Evan. Btw, thanks also for the great work on the API! 8-) -
Inappropriate?Okay, so I just checked my twitter, and the tweets are all back. Thank you, guys, for the suggestions, and thanks to whoever ultimately resolved the issue.
I’m thankful

Inappropriate?I'm missing all my tweets from april 24th! What is up? Missing May June and most of July! twitter.com/parrfolio
I have contact support through an online request form multiple times with no luck, actually no response at all for weeks!
Anyone know why this happened and who can fix the issue.? -
Evan (above) says it apparently can be fixed by asking Twitter Support to clear your cache. You can also try sending an email to support AT twitter DOT com and include a link to this thread in your email. -
I guess using the request form on the twitter support page is the wrong avenue. I sent support via email the problem. Thanks for the help. -
Actually, both the form and the support email lands in the same support system, afaik. Usually someone responds within five working days. It's unusual for them to not reply for weeks. -
Yes very unusual. You would think I would get a response email saying they at least received the request. Now it is a waiting game. -
Oh, yes. I forgot to mention that the system-generated confirmation email is currently unavailable because they're migrating to a new support system. But @crystal says they still receive the emails. See http://gsfn.us/t/jjt for details. 8-) -
SG. I will report back with how long this takes. -
If it helps, my tweets were restored in one day after I saw them gone. I don't know if it was some helpful Twitter engineer who happened to see my post here, or whether this vanishing phenomena is the artifact of some batch job on twitter's servers, that gets restored when the processing is complete? -
It's been 2 days since I emailed support. No response through email and nothing has been fixed. I'm still missing all my tweets from April to July. -
Inappropriate?Starting Day 4 with no response through email and nothing has been fixed from twitter. I'm still missing all my tweets from April to July.
-
Day 5 and nothing... -
Inappropriate?parrfolio -- in another thread in GSFN, @crystal mentioned that they they had been migrating to a new support system and there apparently were emails that were not successfully emailed during that period.
If you can still access your original ticket, perhaps posting a follow-up note there will help...? -
Inappropriate?Day 7. As MDY suggested I put another request into Twitter help. This time I was issued a ticket. However nothing has been fixed. With 2 months of tweets gone, Twitter is staring to look grim in my book...
-
In fact, to make matters worse, Twitter is down. What a surprise.
