Twitter Account Suspended - Wasn't aware of Rule - I'm not a Spammer!

Please help - My twitter account has been suspended - I am pretty new to twitter and have built up quite a nice following and had many very meaningful connections with tweeps. I, under the advice of a colleague had started using twollo to follow people talking about the niche subjects I follow and promote, namely walking in the Italian Dolomites.

When I became aware it was following too many people and I couldn't follow the people I was interacting with I unfollowed a (large) group of people and spammy things such as casino and porn spammers following me. This has since got me suspended (I wasn't aware of the rule) and many tweeps have contacted me on facebook to see what was going on!
