Twitter account suspended without cause!

My twitter account is suspended for no reason! Need to go back to tweeting IMMEDIATELY. Account is http://twitter.com/sidebeer

Yesterday I was happily tweeting and having a conversation with @times2 about homework and suddenly MY ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED! I cannot think of any reason why my account would be suspended. I follow only 16 people, and am followed by over 100. My history of 3500 tweets shows that I am not some sort of spambot, although I did tweet "I'm a bot" the other night. I was on my way to a halloween party! I've only posted links on a couple occasions, so it's clear I'm not trying to spam some website.

Twitter is a mixture of a journal of things I find interesting and a means to communicate effectively with a group of friends. I NEED it back please.

I did what ManzanaConVodka suggested also: filing a ticket and sending an e-mail to del@twitter.com. I received a reply within.. hmm.. 12 clock hours (or maybe two business hours) and my account is reactivated.

I also took ManzanaConvodka's advice! I also double checked my email aliases to make sure I was emailing them with the same address listed on my account. Such a small thing, but it may have been exactly what was keeping my problem from getting resolved.
I fixed my email alias, and emailed del@twitter and within 2 hours got reinstated! Hallelujah!

I was suspended for taking part in follow friday? I did a Follow and a few people I knew and I was susbended. No Response from Twitter of course.

  That's about as dumb as you can get. Only a you-know-who would recommend Zuckerberg's monster to anyone. You go use Facebook, Rich. Give them all your personal details just like they ask you. Resign yourself to their never allowing you to completely remove your account. Or claim your own property as your own. Buy your friends small icons for a few USD each. There's a five letter word describes this (lack of) mentality and it begins with 'mo' and ends with 'on'. And that's you.

Just email Del@Twitter.com - they have been so very responsive, could be because of our network and brand (clients) but all our problems are fixed.

Del@Twitter.com is the solution to this problem, as originally posted by ManzanaConvodka. Numerous people on this forum have had great success by sending an email to that address. Try that. Chances are, your account suspension will be lifted within 24 hours unless you really did deserve the suspension.

When my account was suspended, the reason I received was vague at best. Through Del@Twitter.com I discovered that it was actually suspended for an RT I posted that was flagged as Spam. I had no idea... and certainly wouldn't have retweeted it if I would have known. Within 12 hours, my account was fully operational again.

Hi There,

I've had my account suspended. Please have a look at my tweets and you will see that this is in error. I do add a lot of followers, but perhaps this is because of the numerous videogame beta keys - giving away free games - I give out for using with the service. I am not a bot. I do not spam. In fact I get a heck of a lot of #FFs and have been called a paragon of Twitter by many of my followers.

Please look into this, I would be eternally grateful. This is the second time this has happened, so if you have any tips for avoiding these measures in furture, please let me know.

I will start losing followers pretty quick when they see I have been suspended. This irks me, since I devote a couple of hours per day to managinf my account and communicating with the Twitter community. The vast majority that follow me are REAL people. People who follow for good reason and with whom I spend a huge amount of my time communicating.

Please look into this with the utmost of urgency.

  It is BS that people have to contact people directly to get basic customer care. How about Twitter growing their support up beyond basic support and provide something the market expects?
