Twitter blocking countrywide ISP
For more that 2 months now many customers of O2 Czech Republic can't use Twitter. This is a biggest ISP in the country! It is a well known problem now, there are a lot posts exists on czech forums, but nobody wants to solve it: O2 tech support confirmed the issue but they said that they not blocking it. Twitter support keeps ignoring my support tickets (and I believe not only my). If anyone from twitter reading this - please do something to fix this problem.

Here it is: 83.208.153.35. Thank you. Btw, I can ping and traceroute twitter from this IP, DNS resolving OK, but something blocking http. -
83.208.12.182 also.

Inappropriate?Yes, we're blocking those netblocks for TOS violations and spam.
I'm checking with our abuse team now.
