Twitter brand cybersquatting brandjacking - what's the best solution?

If I were a brand/organisation who discovered that someone unconnected had already taken my 'brand' or company name and was posting as if they were me (e.g. Janet at Exxon), what would be the best way to resolve this? e.g. http://twitter.com/sainsburys
