Twitter censorship and cybebullying
I lost my Twitter account because of Robert Scoble's @Scobleizer Flame Game!
I stood up to defend Shel Israel @Shelisrael against Loren Feldman @1938media. He did not ask for it, but as a Jew, I could not just stand there and do nothing, especially that Loren Feldman is another Jew! SAD Loren Feldman bought my domain name and abused my dead mother.

@1938media and his Social Media friends Brian Connolly aka @amandachapel and team have been attacking me for about 6 months now.
They created fake accounts to make fun of my Dead mother Ninel. One account was @trolldick that abused me and my mother for one week, before Twitter suspended it yesterday. There is @igorthetool http://twitter.com/igorthetool It uses my piture, and Twitter did not suspend it. This is very bad. There is nother account @igorthetroII THe capital I not L http://twitter.com/igorthetroII
I been under attack every day from this people while supporting Israel
Now that I complained to Twitter the fake accounts are being suspended!
Why are they being suspended now? Does Twitter want to hide the activities? If Twitter knows I was Cyberbullied, why do they not restore my account?
I requested Twitter to reinstate my account but have not heard from them.
Ticket #4373 the assigned person is Crystal.
I have over 500 followers on Twitter, and some of my followers requested Twitter to reinstate my account. But nothing happened.
Twitter can you please reinstate my account.

This is quite outrageous.I watched your confrontation with @Scobleizer with shock and amusement.Your opinions were quite outrageous and let me add ,a bit “unintellectual”.You acted like a demagogue.
You accused @Scobleizer of being a Hamas supporter and i saw he had to block you.
Yet you continued rumbling on and on ,telling everyone who would listen your twisted point of view.
You even said something to the effect that Hamas was committing genocide in Israel!
When the sensible twitter people finally banned your account ,I gave a HUGE ,DESERVED sigh of relief! -
@Scobleizer was flaming with me. He had me blocked on Twitter for 6 months. He just unblocked me for one Tweet to set up the flame war between me and @1938media! Here is @Scobleizer Tweet!

Why don't you open another twitter account,with another username.Start afresh.There is a very slim chance that your ban will be revoked.Considering your conduct on twitter!I think you abused your freedoms.

The new TOS states you cannot have more than one account. If I was to open a new account hat would be breaking the TOS.

Inappropriate?many people have been harassed on twitter by the anti-semitic and anti "Zionist" A-list community online and when people ask for help they refuse to do anything about it. Instead they usually blame the victim and chase you out of their system. How ironic this behavior happened to me as well. I took matters into my own hands and showed that there is harmful speech and you threw me out as well. if Igor was reaching out it was a man asking for help. this is why @Panopticons was created to begin with! twitter is no better then a mob with pitch forks. twitter always talks a big talk of free expression through snake oil salesmen like @ChrisBrogan, but in truth twitter is the greatest tyranny on the internet with all kinds of presumptions about free expression that do not exist elsewhere and a terms system that is completely arbitrary as long as it reflects a populist infrastructure of API monopolization and format aggression against other networks and communities. twitter is controlled by bullys like @aMANdaCHAPel. The irony is that none of these A-listers really seem to like each other. Social Networking indeed. Social abuse!

Inappropriate?In fact, I would like to call out that Twitter can't be sued for banning users under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.

A lawyer wrote to me:
"It basically insulates any interactive computer service from liability for the postings of any of its users and gives it complete immunity anytime it removes user content because it is offensive. In fact, Section 230(c)(2) says expressly that "No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be held liable on account of any action voluntarily taken in good faith to restrict access to or availability of material that the provider or user considers to be obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, whether or not such material is constitutionally protected."
Twitter thinks it shields them from liability for removing posts and users who tweet offensive or harassing messages, but legally it does not! Moreover, their own TOS says:
"We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time." Twitter violating the law!
Time to sue Twitter. We should start Class Action lawsuit against Twitter unless they reinstate the accounts.

Inappropriate?The people who Flamed the harassment are just as guilty as the harassers. The ones that stood on Twitter and did nothing are guilty for letting this harassments take place. If they really cared about their community, they should have said something, like I did to Loren Feldman aka @1938media when he harassed She Israel.

Inappropriate?In my experience, Igor is neither a spammer (and I know a thing or two about spammers as one of the co-authors of the twitspam.org blog) nor a harasser. Whe he goes on vitriolic exchanges, his choice of words may appear provocative for the saints and faintharted, but his counterparties do exactly the same. His wit, even if sometimes provocative, is now missed. Twitter should re-instate his account ASAP.
