Inappropriate?Twitter is always down or having problems. I am suprised everyone still decides to use it. The better fix it soon before they lose their customer base!

... and is just coming back as I write, by the look of it.

Nice idea... but http://istwitterdown.com seems to be down at the moment too... :-? Perhaps too many users are trying to find out if Twitter is down (which could indicate that Twitter really IS down).
